Gardening assistant required
Busy Bee Garden Services Ltd welcome applications to work with us. We require experienced gardeners to join our team based in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Applicants must posses the following skills:
Hard working,
Knowledge of plants,
Experienced in gardening and landscaping,
Qualification(s) in connection with horticulture,
Experience in using professional
garden machinery
Experience of large estate
grounds maintenance,
Able to work as a team or individually,
Strong sense of initiative,
Learn new skills and methods quickly,
Intelligent and articulate.

Candidates are also required to show discretion and confidentially whilst on clients premises. Must be well presented, reliable, enthusiastic, have a desire to carry out work to a high standard and available at short notice. Knowledge and experience of soft and hard landscaping and a spraying licence is preferred, but not essential.
You will need to have access to; or your own vehicle, for getting to and from the base for an early morning start as there is no public transport at our location. You must posses a full clean driving licence.
You will be required to work on a self employed ad-hoc basis on an initial temp to perm basis. This position has the possibility of becoming a permanent employed (PAYE) basis for the right candidate after an initial trial period. Pay is dependant on fulfilment of the criteria, experience, skills etc.
There is opportunity for progression and further training for the right candidate.
